EDPS 665 - Neuropsychology of Reading and Language |
This course is designed to provide students with a review and analysis of the neurodevelopmental components of language and academic skills. There is a focus on the connection between functional neuroanatomy and outcomes in educational setting. Discussion of theories related to reading, math, writing, spelling and language acquisition, usage, and behavior will be incorporated as will an introduction to neurodevelopmental and acquired problems in these areas.
