EDAC 710 - Research in Adult and Community Education |
This course develops and strengthens research competencies and critique approaches to research in adult and community education. Students undertake a pilot study to prepare themselves for the dissertation research. Issues of diversity, inclusion, and social justice within research are also considered. Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson or program director. Open only to doctoral students in adult and community education, major or cognate; other advanced graduate students by permission. A total of 6 credits may be earned, but no more than 3 in any one semester or term.
