ENG 101 - Foundations of Rhetoric and Writing 1
The first of two consecutive semesters of a portfolio-based writing course. Introduces principles of rhetoric; basic research methods; elements, strategies, and conventions of persuasion used in constructing written and multi-modal texts. Prerequisite: appropriate placement.
