HSC 687 - Statistical Theory and Methods in Health Science |
This course is designed to introduce students to the basic principles and concepts of biostatistics as applied to health science problems. Students will learn how to collect, manage, describe, and use data effectively to make inferences and draw conclusions about health science phenomena. The lab section of the course focuses on the use of a statistical software package to analyze data from health science research.
