Emphasizes the theory, design, and integration of assistive technologies related to students with disabilities including psychological disabilities, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities in the post-secondary higher education institution. Addresses the leadership roles necessary for developing enabling conditions for successful technology acquisition and implementation for students with disabilities in higher education. Prerequisite: SPCE 600 with a grade of C or better.
