Focuses on the role of in-bound and out-bound logistics in global supply chains, customer relationship management, procurement, multi-modal transportation, pricing and economics, warehousing, packaging and materials handling, regulatory issues, and emerging technologies.
Prerequisite: ISOM 251 or ISOM 351 or permission of the department chairperson.
